Mad for Markers COPICal Hop!!

Welcome to a fabulous Friday!!  Today I am joining my very first blog hop - the Mad for Markers BIG Copical blog hop!   I am super excited to be part of this today  and hope you enjoy hopping around the blogworld with bloggers from all over the world who all LOVE colouring with COPICS!   If you came here from the amazing Alicia  then you are right on track.  If not then please go to Sammi’s blog to start at the beginning!  You don’t want to miss out on anyone ;-)

This is my creation – a small card (or large gift tag!!).  I wanted to use the colours purple, yellow and green but in a different way (that’s why the flower is green!) I am pretty happy with the result.  The photo is not the best but you get the idea.  See below for the Nitty Gritty of what I used.

Once you have completed the hop please leave a comment and vote for your favourite creations and you, and the person you voted for, might receive a little surprise prize!!  But to get there make sure you follow the hop and leave some love for all the participants.  Now, your next stop is the lovely Leanne  ….. Have a colourful Copic day!!

I did this for a class on feathers and love the way it turned out – it is currently up on display in the shop so I don’t have the details of the colours used but will put them up on the weekend.

KaiserCraft Frame Part 3

Here is the final frame I did – this one was showing how to colour scales with Copics.  I used two pieces of the Rouge de Garance paper which covered all three frames and I still had some left over :-)

Copic Crazy, And Loving It!!

I first discovered Copic markers in 2010 (yes I’m a late bloomer :-) ) and have not looked back.  I love how easy it is to blend the colours, I love what you can colour and I love that my stamp collection is growing from words to images!  I have been certified, to the intermediate level, by Copic Australia to teach people how to use these wonderful markers.  I am currently teaching at Pictures & Pages for Crazy Craft Worms in Walkley Heights, South Australia and am loving this also :-)

I will be posting at least once a week, more if I can make the time, to show off some of the things I am doing with Copics.
